All eligible photos must be taken within Voyager Village.

Cropped photos are eligible. We do not accept digitally or otherwise enhanced or altered photos. If the staff determines that a photographer has altered his or her photo, they reserve the right to disqualify it.

Photos that violate or infringe upon another person’s rights, including but not limited to copyright, are not eligible.

Photos that contain sexually explicit, nude, obscene, violent or other objectionable or inappropriate content, as determined by Voyager Village in its sole discretion, are ineligible for all categories of this contest.

How to Enter

Please email photographs (as an attachment, not embedded into the email) in the highest resolution possible with the subject of “Photo Contest” to the POA office at membership@voyagervillage.com. You can submit up to 5 photographs per month, for a contest total of 40 submissions. Individuals are only eligible to win either first or second place once, but may still submit photos before or after first or second place.

We do not accept photographs submitted through the mail and do not accept more than one contestant per email address. High-quality scans of non-digital photographs are acceptable. Digital photographs should be taken at the highest resolution possible.

Choosing a Winner

At the end of the month, Voyager Village’s staff will review the submissions for that month and choose their favorite three photos from the submitted entries. Decisions will be made on a variety of factors from content, quality, composition, lighting, and more. The chosen three photos will be displayed on our website and throughout the clubhouse, such as the pub and golf shop. At that time, the public will have a period of two weeks to vote for their favorite through our website. The first-place winner and the runners-up will be revealed online at the conclusion of the two weeks of eligible voting. Voyager Village will notify winners via the email address provided at the time of entry.

Prizes

The first-place winner will be awarded a $50 Voyager Village gift card. The runner-up will be awarded a $25 Voyager Village gift card. Winners must sign a release and license, as well as a declaration of eligibility, and will be responsible for paying any fees or taxes associated with the prize. All prizes are awarded “as is” and non-transferable.
