Blair Anderson was a Forest Ranger in Wisconsin for over 30 years, the last nine as Chief Ranger in the state. He wrote a book about his experiences, mostly stories about the people he encountered and worked with. When the Smoke Clears: Stories and Reflections of a Wisconsin Forest Ranger. He’ll be sharing about his extraordinary experiences, from apprehending a police chief starting an arson fire, red-handed, to almost losing control of his own prescribed burn, and might read a funny story or two from his book. Books will be available for purchase and author signing.
