Terms & Conditions ~ Effective 4/8/2026

Golf Course Terms & Conditions

  • A valid credit card is required to reserve a tee time.
  • All rates are per golfer; cart fees are charged separately.
  • Check in at the golf shop at least 15 minutes prior to your tee time. Late arrivals may forfeit their time to the stand-by list.
  • Spectators, ride-alongs, and non-golfers require prior approval from the golf shop.
  • Groups are limited to 4 players with 2 players per cart. Each golfer must have their own set of clubs.

No-Show, Cancellation & Online Reservation Policies
Public Guests

  • No-shows, late cancellations, or reductions in group size within 24 hours will be charged $45 + tax per player to the card on file.

Members / Pass Holders

No-shows or reductions within 24 hours will be charged the full non-pass holder rate per player to the card on file.

To avoid charges, cancel or adjust your reservation through your account or by calling the golf shop in advance.

 

Course Rules

  • Proper golf attire, including collared shirts, is required. Cut-offs, midriffs, swimwear, bike attire, and short shorts are prohibited.
  • Metal spikes and inappropriate footwear are not permitted.
  • Pairing groups may occur based on course conditions and capacity.
  • Personal coolers with non-alcoholic beverages only are allowed and subject to inspection.
  • No pets are permitted on the golf course.
  • Outside alcohol is prohibited under our liquor license.
  • Children under 15 must be supervised unless approved by the Golf & Recreation Director.
  • Pace of play standards: 2:10 for the front nine; 4:15 for 18 holes.
  • Each golfer must have their own set of clubs.
  • Play is at your own risk during inclement weather. Weather-related cancellations within 24 hours are permitted when authorized by Golf Shop staff.
  • Practice range balls and baskets must remain on the practice facility. Violations may result in suspension of access.
  • Rental clubs are available—contact the golf shop for pricing and availability.
  • Valid identification is required for discounted rates.
  • Golfers are responsible for any property or golf ball damage they cause.

Golf Cart Rental Agreement

By operating a rental cart, you agree to the following:

  • You are at least 16 years old and hold a valid driver’s license or permit.
  • Carts may carry no more than two people and two golf bags. All occupants must be seated while in motion; no standing, riding on the back, or holding onto exterior areas.
  • You will operate the cart in accordance with posted instructions and all course rules.
  • No person under 16, or without a valid driver’s license, may operate the cart.
  • Carts must be operated responsibly and only in designated areas.
    Maintain control at all times, adjusting speed for weather, terrain, slopes, turns, and congestion.
  • Engage the parking brake before leaving the cart.

Operating a cart under the influence of drugs or alcohol is prohibited.The course reserves the right to revoke cart privileges, without refund, for violations.
You agree to pay for any damage to the cart or course property incurred while in your possession. You assume all risks associated with cart operation and agree to indemnify and hold the course and its employees harmless from claims or damages arising from your use
This facility operates under a state liquor license and outside alcohol is strictly prohibited.
